These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Berry Babble mobile application and related services (“the app”, “the service”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Berry Babble is a tongue-twister pronunciation game. You record yourself speaking a tongue twister; the app transcribes and scores the audio, awards XP, and displays results on a leaderboard.
You sign in using Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the app.
You retain ownership of the audio recordings you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process those recordings solely to provide the service (transcription, scoring, and storing your results), as described in our Privacy Policy.
The app, including its name, logo, design, and content (other than your submissions), is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy or redistribute it without permission.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Scoring is automated and may be inaccurate. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the app and delete your data at any time via the Delete my data page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
